Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as second-in-command at the sports bar, overseeing daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence. 


Core responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory control and vendor relationships

• Creating staff schedules and controlling labor costs

• Training and developing team members

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol   service regulations

• Driving sales through promotional execution and upselling initiatives

• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Supporting the General Manager in achieving financial and operational targets


 Required skills: 

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience 

• Strong leadership and communication abilities 

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments 

• Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service laws 

• POS system proficiency  

• Guest-focused service mindset 

• ServSafe and TIPS certification preferred 

Kitchen Manager

 The Kitchen Manager leads all back-of-house operations at the sports bar, driving excellence in food quality, kitchen efficiency, and team performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


Core responsibilities include:

• Lead, train, and develop back-of-house staff to maintain operational excellence

• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes

• Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary targets

• Control inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Create and optimize staff schedules for peak efficiency

• Maintain strict sanitation, food safety, and health code compliance

• Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs

• Execute menu items during high-volume service periods

• Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences


Required skills:

 • 5+ years of experience in a culinary role

• Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast-   paced environments

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices 

•  Possess strong communication skills

Bartenders

Bartenders

A bartender creates a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere while delivering fast, friendly service in a dynamic sports bar environment.


Core responsibilities include: 

• Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to specifications 

• Pour draft beer, wine, and cocktails with accuracy and speed 

• Take and deliver food orders to bar guests 

• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout shifts • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards 

• Process payments and handle cash transactions 

• Engage with customers and create memorable guest experiences 

• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations


Required skills: 

• 2+ years of bartending experience 

• Proven bartending experience, preferably in high-volume environments 

• Expert multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings 

• Strong customer service and communication skills 

• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer styles, and wine basics 

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality 

• Cash handling and POS system proficiency  

• TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification 

Cooks

A cook prepares, cooks, and plates high-volume menu items in a fast-paced, high-energy sports bar environment. Deliver consistent food quality during peak game-day service.


Core responsibilities include: 

• Ensure all dishes are prepared to company standards and recipes, even during high-volume game-day rushes 

• Set up, stock, and maintain workstations while ensuring food safety and health code compliance 

• Monitor stock levels, rotate products using FIFO method, and assist with inventory counts 

• Collaborate with kitchen team and communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking equipment and prep areas


Required skills: 

• 5+ years of line cook or kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume casual dining 

• Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments 

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures 

• Food Handler Card or ServSafe certification required  

• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs  

 • Passion for delivering quality food and excellent guest experiences
